1.) On the top Internet Explorer's window there is a group of options ("File", "Edit", "View"..."Tools", "Help"). Click on the "Tools", then "Internet Options". NOTE: If you do not see those options, then look for a "gear" in the top right, click it and choose "Internet Options".
2.) Click the Privacy tab.
3.) Click the Advanced button.
4.) Select the option 'Override automatic cookie handling' under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
5.) Select the 'Accept' option under 'First-party Cookies.'
6.) Select the 'Accept' option under 'Third-party Cookies.'
7.) Click 'OK' to exit the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' window.
8.) While still under the Privacy tab click 'Sites'.
9.) Type 'factorydirectcraft.com' into the 'Address of website' section and click 'Allow' (DO NOT click 'Block').
10.) Click 'OK' to exit the Sites window.
11.) In the Internet Options window, click 'OK' to exit.
12.) Now try using our website.
